The NHS App was released to the public in late 2018. It allows patients to book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and access a range of other healthcare services. It is vital that GP practices, their systems, and staff are prepared for using the NHS App.

The Practice Managers Association has worked closely with NHSX to develop this concise, interactive course, to ensure that your practice workforce is ready to use the App and help your service users understand the functionality and benefits of this App.

Please note, this course is free of charge. On completion, the PMA will award a certificate for the attained CPD points.
