The Wound Care People are broadcasting an independent (non-sponsored FB Live) entitled: ‘Nursing in the community, during the Corona virus crisis’ Tuesday 31st March, 7:30PM. The event is in partnership with the Queen’s Nursing Institute and its chief exec Dr Crystal Oldman will be speaking.
The WCP have made the investment to allow HCPs and industry partners understand what the NHS is doing to help in these unprecedented times, and will cover:
- Provision and distribution of PPE
- Current workload in the face of Coronavirus
- Testing for HCPs and the worries that come with this
The WCP recognises that in challenging circumstances such as those we are facing, we need to pull together as a community and support each other, which we hope this online event can achieve. As always there will be the chance to ask Crystal any questions you have through commenting on the broadcast in real time.
