We are pleased to invite you to a workshop on implementing the People Promise in General Practice. This workshop aims to introduce and celebrate the People Promise and its significance for the NHS and specifically General Practice. It will outline what the People Promise is and why is it important to General Practice organisations. You will hear about the achievements of the People Promise Exemplar programme and how the methodology can be applied in settings across General Practice – with colleagues from Cohort 2 of the programme sharing their journey.
The workshop is aimed at those colleagues with responsibility or interest in improving the experience of staff within general practice including, but not limited to, practice managers, workforce or retention leads. This session may also be of benefit to those in wider roles across primary care.
