Overview

Good performance management is critical for organisational success and it is important for employees to understand what’s expected of them. To achieve individual and organisational goals employees need to be motivated, have the necessary skills, resources and support and yet be accountable.

This Masterclass workshop focuses on giving delegates a top line overview around two main learning areas:

  • To understand the importance of performance management, how it can impact on the organisation (GP practices) and improve employee satisfaction
  • To examine appraisals and the process of giving constructive feedback

The workshop is aimed at Practice Managers, Deputy Practice Managers and Team Leaders that have direct line responsibility.
