  • Create and work within a budget
  • Create a quick AND accurate cost-benefit analysis in relation to change sin service delivery
  • Be able to create a financial forecast and report on finances
  • Implement financial controls and maximize income streams
  • Be able to review your own financial systems and develop an action plan. Structure and methodology

 

Learning will be based around cases using actual numbers

  • A pack will be sent out in advance of examples which will be worked on during the remote teaching session
  • Individual contributions and QnA after each session will be facilitated
  • Action plan for PDP

Steve has over 25 years of specialist General Practice accounting experience. His knowledge and experience of practice finance issues is immense. Steve is our first choice when it comes to supporting GP’s.
