Primary Care Review: What should be included in the Learning Disability Annual Health Check?

We are conducting a Primary Care Review with a focus on the Annual Health Checks (AHC) and would like the views of professionals to help us prioritise what is the minimal that should be in the Learning Disability AHC to ensure quality.

If you are involved in the delivery of the AHC within Primary Care (in a clinical, or non-clinical role) and want to contribute then please register and attend..

The Webinar will include information from Primary Care professionals working to improve the delivery of AHCs and an interactive session to obtain views and opinions regarding a minimum core content which should always be delivered to ensure the quality of an AHC.
