NHS Resolution’s Safety and Learning team, are hosting a virtual forum on stress claims, findings and recommendations from the Being Fair 2 report on just culture. We will also hear about the experience and challenges of developing a general practice nurse legacy mentor programme from NHS Devon ICB as well as the benefit of creating psychological safety in primary care.
The purpose is to raise awareness of the relationship between culture, staff experience and retention with practical examples and data to aid improvement in practice.
