This one day workshop will be facilitated by Caroline Angel, Director, Patient Safety and Q Member, Eastern Academic Health Science Network.

The aim of the event is to provide theory and application of practical skills on improvement methods, tools and techniques and how to apply them, including the Model for Improvement, PDSA cycles and Measurement for Improvement.

Eastern Academic Health Science Network has been commissioned and funded by the East of England leadership academy to facilitate this workshop.
