REACT stands for Recognise, Engage, Actively listen, Check risk, Talk about specific actions.Developed by Dr Neil Greenberg and facilitated by Annelies Franklin, it is an active listening training package that covers:

• What is moral injury?
• When a REACT ‘chat’ might be appropriate?
• What the REACT approach is?
