Roadmap Evidence & Portfolio Creation Workshop for East of England FCPs

The workshop has been designed following feedback from East of England FCPs and will feature Nick Worth, North West Regional Supervision and Assessment Lead from the Faculty for Advancing Practice (Health Education England – North West) and Helen Harte, CSP Professional Advisor for the East of England.

The agenda will include:

• A discussion on the differences between FCP and ACP and clarification of the Roadmap stages
• Information on how to collate a portfolio and working with a supervisor
• Open discussions and Q&A regarding the Roadmap with an aim to address some of the subtleties of the process.

The meeting will take place on Teams and will be recorded.
