Detective sergeant Andrew Moralee from Cambridgeshire Police’s missing exploited and trafficked team. The team are responsible for engaging with and safeguarding anyone under 18 who may be a victim of exploitation.

We are part of the protecting vulnerable people department and are based at Chord park in Godmanchester alongside the MASH and social care colleagues.

Will cover modern slavery, the signs, indicators, and how this type of offending is carried out.  What to look out for and what to do if you have concerns.

It will also cover child sexual and criminal exploitation (county lines) and the indicators of these as well as how the grooming and offending process tends to work.

Finally how to report concerns, what happens to the information and how the information you have helps tackle this offending committed against some of the most vulnerable people in society.
