About the event
Our speakers will discuss their experiences of collaborating with each other, giving examples of identifying unmet needs in patients where the other professionals can provide support. There will be encouragement to connect with your own colleagues locally.
Why it’s important
Many pharmacy staff in primary care tell us that they would like to have a greater understanding of the role and remit of social prescribers. There is scope for greater collaboration between pharmacy and social prescribing to ensure that patients get the right support
What will be covered
