This session is delivered by Dr Asma Khan who is a dual qualified GP and an Occupational Health Physician. She is extremely passionate about occupational wellbeing and stress management. As a GP in the city of London for 10 years and since 2013 as a full time occupational health physician, she has significant experience in advising on all aspects of mental well being of employees and specialises in stress management.
The session covers unique methods based on evidence and proven clinical methodologies in this field as well as Dr Khan’s many years of experience and interest in problem solving with individuals and organisations to help employees thrive with particular emphasis on well being of health workers including but not limited to physiology of stress, coping mechanisms including meditation and risk prevention for burnout amongst other things specific for health care workers.
This event is open and FREE to attend for AiTs from the following areas only North West, Mersey, Cumbria, South Yorkshire North Trent, Yorkshire, North East and Humber and the Ridings.
