We are holding two virtual interactive workshops in partnership with the Leadership Centre. The workshops will be on new roles in primary care, ways of working and addressing health inequalities within the context of Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).
In attendance will be a range of experienced speakers for each session, facilitated by Debbie Sorkin, National Director of the Leadership Centre.
Workshop One, Tuesday 19 October, 09:30 – 11:15: This workshop will discuss the new Primary Care landscape, Workforce Planning and Funding for Primary Care, Training Hubs, Social Prescribing and an overview of ICSs, followed by interactive Question and Answer sessions.
Workshop Two, Tuesday 2 November, 09:30 – 11:15: This workshop will give insight on how Primary Care will function within an Integrated Care System and approaches for addressing health inequalities and inclusion. Other discussion topics will include how to ensure Primary Care voices are effectively heard in the Integrated Care Systems, and how to ensure Primary Care contributes to addressing broader societal issues through the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda.
