This webinar provides training on various SystmOne Clinical Reporting functions for audiences who may already have an understanding of the fundamentals. This session is aimed at staff who may already be familiar with SystmOne reporting and the basics of using this, but want to improve their understanding and understand the mechanics behind how these systems work.
This session focuses on more advanced topics than the beginner’s session, including being able to understand what a report is looking for and why certain cohorts are identified, as well as advanced report joining and functions associated with this, such as protocols and batch reporting.
The session will cover:
– How to use batch reporting to create report suites that automatically run.
– Joining multiple sets of reports together to create more advanced systems.
– Reading report outputs – understanding the ‘report information’ page and identifying exactly what a report is searching for
– Report breakdowns – how to use all the functions in this screen for greater effectiveness.
– Running on current patients – how to troubleshoot reports and reading this output.
– Creating report outputs for your practice(‘s)
– Linking reports to Protocols for popups on particular cohorts of patients.
