In response to practice feedback, we have partnered with PCC-CIC to deliver a series of free workshops highlighting top tips for surviving CQC.
These CQC workshops will be facilitated by an experienced trainer who has a background in practice management and is an associate with the RCGP.
There will be two webinars which will include:
- CQC – regulations and responsibilities
- Types of inspections and the annual phone call
- Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)
- Opening presentation
- Evidence requirements
- Local themes and quality
- Action planning
Attendees will leave the workshop with a better understanding of how to meet the Health and Social Care Regulations which providers are inspected on. Delegates will also be provided with a toolkit to plot evidence and track this against the regulations.
Workshops will be held across the patch with two spaces available per practice – for a Practice Manager and clinician with leadership responsibilities.
