Lucy Duncombe

Lucy is a senior Paediatric Nurse with a critical care background in acute and community settings, within the NHS and private sector. In recent years Lucy has held senior strategic positions leading QI projects at national and regional level. Currently, Lucy is Regional Nurse Advisor with the Burdett National Transition Nursing Network; working collaboratively with teams across the south of England to provide a co-ordinated approach to healthcare transition for young people across organisational boundaries.

Sarah Ceriolo

Sarah is the first in a new role working across Sussex CCG’s as Deputy Designated Transition Safeguarding Nurse. Previous experience includes named nurse in the NHS also the first in Jersey and critical care nursing. Sarah is passionate about trauma informed practice, transitional safeguarding, and safeguarding adolescents. She believes understanding the impact of trauma is a priority in safeguarding, keeping the lived experience at the heart of all we do.
