This session will consider a number of key business risks faced by GP practices and PCNs and how this impacts partners and the management team.

We will consider areas where risk may exist and who could be affected by this along with some steps to take to begin mitigation of these.

During the session, we will cover:

• the impact of key person incapacity for both practices and PCNs
• The importance of getting your surgery insurance set up correctly
• Cyber risk for practices and PCNs
