Are you curious about a anxiety? Have you or someone you support received a diagnosis that’s left you wanting to know more?

This course, co-produced with health professionals and experts by experience, gives an introductory overview of anxiety. It aims to explore the impact of living with anxiety – and to bust the myths to unearth the fact amongst the fiction that we often hear shared about this frequently stigmatised condition.

Anxiety is an incredibly common human experience – one which is in fact meant to keep us safe!

This session will explore ways in which we could better manage anxiety so we can live happier and more content lives.
