These are a range of interactive sessions to support you as leaders to understand the world of your partners in different aspects of the heath and care system. These will help you gain insight into the challenges and perspectives of different colleagues as you continue to deliver and develop services but also support recovery for patients and staff in the context of the statutory establishment of Integrated Care Systems from July 2022.
Last year’s sessions gave an opportunity to hear from leaders operating within Integrated Care Systems, Primary Care, Local Authority /Adult Social Care as well as the Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise and Faith sector. - What is it like to work at place level – hear from several “places” from across the East of England
We are in the process of finalising speakers and dates for all the sessions but please do join us on the following dates to hear from colleagues across the East of England to explore Place Based Working. We will be joined by experienced Place leaders in different contexts and ICSs, who will share the challenges and opportunities of working with communities, local government, VCSE, NHS and broader system colleagues to drive improvement and integration in local services as well as improving health and wellbeing. Access to these sessions will be via Zoom.
