What makes a good Young Carers referral?

During this bitesize workshop we will go through the referral process for Centre 33’s Young Carers Project and talk through what makes a good referral, this leads onto young people having more support.

This is open to anybody working with children and young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. You may work within the education system, local authority, voluntary sector…. everyone is welcome!
