Aims and Learning Outcomes:

This 2 hour, Microsoft Teams based course has been developed as a follow-up course to the Introduction to Safeguarding Children virtual briefings available on our website.

The aim of the course is to present important concepts regarding how multi-agency partners can work together to safeguard children that they are concerned about. We will discuss our local thresholds document, available assessment tools to support professionals and important things to consider when making a child safeguarding referral.

Participants will be encouraged to interact and contribute to the discussion

Facilitated by Elizabeth Locke, Safeguarding Trainer at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Independent Safeguarding Partnership Service for the Children Safeguarding Partnership Board
