How can lower limb wound care service models provide help for an overstretched community workforce?

This event will be focusing on workforce challenges in community nursing and innovative solutions that can provide the release of resources by using an advanced model of self-care.

We will explore how tailored education and support can reduce face-to-face appointments to every six weeks rather than 2-3 appointments per week whilst maintaining patient outcomes.
