Mentors:
Jo Wallis, a physiotherapist by training, is Health Coach Lead in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT). She has been coaching both staff and service users of the NHS for over 9 years. Jo currently works across 4 directorates in CPFT, 3 of which are clinical, mental, and physical health. Her role includes, but not exclusively, to ensure staff understand personalised care and support planning and embed its use within all clinical practice. She is responsible for ensuring staff have access to training on personalised care planning to enable the delivery of the comprehensive model of care set out in the NHS Long-term plan. She is also responsible for the delivery of clinical coaching training and CPD in the trust.
Jo trained with The Performance Coach Health, funded by Health Education East of England, in 2013 and went on to complete a further 6-day training to deliver health coach training in the NHS. She is a qualified 360 facilitator and hold a certificate in coaching and mentoring.
Joanne Hutchinson works in Personalised Care and is passionate about people development. She is a qualified ILM 5 Coach and Mentor, and can offer support to all Personalised care roles including Social Prescribers, Care Coordinators and Health and Wellbeing coaches. Jo has 15 years experience in the healthcare industry, and is part of the Senior Leadership Team Lead Social Prescriber for her PCN. She is responsible for fully inducting staff on her team and supports staff with the getting the right level of training within their roles.
Jo trained with Grow Develop Solutions and obtained her ILM 5 in 2023. She is both coaching and mentoring staff and patients in her day-to-day role. Jo is also an accredited DISC practitioner, has completed training with Peak Performance in health coaching and an allocated Mental Health First Aider for her organisation. She is passionate about helping people become the best they can be, in a supportive environment.
