This research challenge is being conducted by Karen Key, Primary Care (General Practice) Quality & Workforce Lead at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS), as part of her MBA studies (Master of Business Administration).

The research challenge requires identification and investigation of a significant problem, issue or opportunity and present actionable recommendations.

“I have chosen to explore the extent to which individuals employed in the new ‘ARRS’ funded roles in GP primary care services feel psychologically safe in the workplace. Please download the PDF below for further details about the research project, assurances for the participant with regards to confidentiality and the consent process.

I would be extremely grateful if you would be willing to contribute to this research by completing the online survey.”
