Couch to 5K

This free Public Health England app gives the user step-by-step instructions and coaching to get them walking and running a 5K in just nine weeks. It:

  • Provides motivation and advice from a choice of five trainers
  • Allows the user to track their progress throughout the nine weeks
  • Gives advice and tips throughout the journey
  • Connects the user to like-minded people through its community forum
