JOY

The Joy team have pulled together some resources below that should be helpful: 

• How to add a new user to your organisation – this will show you how to add a new user to the Case Management System 
• Learning the basics of Joy – this provides an overview of the basic functionality of the platform 
• Recording of previous training – we’ve included a link to one of the previous Masterclass training sessions here that goes through in more detail how to use Joy 

The Joy team are regularly running Masterclasses, typically every two weeks, if a new joiner would like to join any of these going forward please email support@thejoyapp.com to get booked in. 

When using Joy, your personalised care team will be able to add to the patient’s medical record. The entries will appear slightly differently to a regular entry. The information will name the member of staff who completed the note, the member of staff logged into to the Gateway PC and a symbol to say it was added using Joy.
