Delivered in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy in the East of England, this fully-funded programme will feature four pre-recorded one-hour sessions to view on demand.
The first session launched week commencing 20 September 2021, with new sessions released over the following months:

- Session 2 — How to apply the Model for Improvement into practice
- Session 3 — Measurement for Improvement pt 1
- Session 4 — Measurement for Improvement pt 2
