The following Lower Limb course can be attended as a full week or as separate training days
The 4 days module can be useful for anyone who wants to achieve an overview of lower limb care, and a sound knowledge of the subject as well as practical skills. It would be especially useful for new staff wanting to progress in all aspects of lower limb.
Alternatively, you can attend each element as required:
Mondays – PAD – Diabetic foot via MS Teams
Tuesdays and Wednesdays – Leg ulcer management via MS Teams on Tuesday and Doddington Hospital on Wednesday
Thursday – Chronic Oedema/ Wet Legs via MS Teams
The wound management study day runs every month and is an essential requirement before attending the leg ulcer study days
