This workshop will:

  • Provide opportunity to review the potential impact of constant change and pressures when at work
  • Provide reflective space to review own potential stress triggers
  • Consider a range of specific steps that can help to maintain personal wellbeing and resilience

Learning Outcomes

Participants will:

  1. Understand the potential impact of constant change/pressure on the resilience of NHS staff
  2. Be able to explore own triggers that can impact on their wellbeing and to practice self-compassion
  3. Appreciate how colleagues may have different stress triggers which may manifest in different ways at work
  4. Develop specific strategies to maintain own wellbeing and maintain resilience when experiencing work pressures
