Workshop Objectives

This workshop will:

  • Examine conversation styles and analyse their impact on outcomes
  • Introduce Coaching: Contextual application in NHS
  • Discuss the differences and similarities between Coaching and Mentoring
  • Provide basic Coaching techniques and tools
  • Think about body language
  • Provide an experience of having a coaching conversation
  • Introduce to importance of silence in conversations

Learning Outcomes

Participants will:
