This GP education session is being delivered as part of the CPTH GP Education Programme. It is open to GPs and ACPs working in Primary Care in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
This month we will be joined by Helen Hayhoe for a talk on Frailty. This session will cover:
- Update on frailty with a focus on recognising frailty syndromes, management of medical complexity in this patient group and dealing with uncertainty
- Q&A/Open discussion forum
Helen Hayhoe is a Consultant Geriatrician at Addenbrookes, Cambridge University Hospitals, and is currently the clinical lead for inpatient services within DME. Helen has a background in medical ethics and law and her clinical interests are in frailty and interface working.
