This 90-minute interactive refresher provides experienced NHS Health Check practitioners with an opportunity to revisit common delivery challenges, share good practice and discuss questions arising from day-to-day Health Check delivery.

The session will cover frequently asked questions, common findings and results, case scenarios, and relevant local and national programme updates.

There will also be dedicated time for peer discussion, enabling practitioners to share experiences and explore practical approaches to improving consistency, quality and patient engagement.
