The programme focuses on the key competency areas aligned to the Diploma of Geriatric Medicine curriculum, supporting participants to develop expertise in frailty management through case-based learning, practical discussion and the sharing of best practice. The learning sessions aim to strengthen the capability of primary care clinicians to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for older people living with frailty within their local communities.
