Introduction to Coaching and Mentoring Training for New Coaches is a blended learning programme for GPs and Nurses wishing to develop their coaching skills.
Run by Akeso in conjunction with partners The Madison Group and their accredited programmes and trainers, this programme is on offer to Medical Professionals in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough who wish to become coaches.
The programme is delivered as six bespoke introductory sessions, provided by and accredited coach trainer, held over 6 consecutive weeks (2.5 hour sessions, online) supported by online learning materials.

There is space for 12 delegates per 6 week programme.
