We hope this will be the first of 3 events over the next 6 months where we can support one another and look at ways we can develop and sustain the careers of this experienced group of GPs in challenging times.
- Maybe you are planning retirement and looking at succession planning?
- Perhaps you are looking at building on your areas of expertise, such as teaching and training or developing a new interest as part of a portfolio career?
- You may enjoy clinical work but want to do less management in the future and considering the retainer scheme or locum work…or the opposite and hope to use your management expertise more in your ‘retirement’?
Most importantly come and share your thoughts with colleagues and have a chance to meet in person (covid restriction in November allowing!) and enjoy good food and company.
