The Quality Improvement Foundation Workshop is a one-day workshop open to anyone interested in quality improvement. The workshops will explain the science behind Quality Improvement theory and help you to develop your practical skills.
Topics covered on the day include:
- The current health care context
- Improvement methodologies
- The model for improvement
- How to run PDSA testing cycles
- Tools, technologies and driver diagrams
- Measurement for improvement
Eastern Academic Health Science Network has been commissioned and funded by the East of England leadership academy to facilitate this workshop.

Whilst there is no programme cost for participants, each place represents a significant investment; therefore, to ensure maximum benefit from the programme, participants must commit to attending and participate in an evaluation process.
