What for?
There are now about 100 more link workers in the region than when we last had a conference in February 2020. Join a wide range of stakeholders to reflect on the growth in Social Prescribing and the changes forced by Covid, the contribution Social Prescribing can make (and has made) to health inequalities in the region and how we sustain and enhance Social Prescribing going forwards.
Who should come?
Link workers and other social prescribers, Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) organisations, commissioners, General Practitioners, Primary Care Networks (PCN) and practice staff, service-providers, anyone who wants to know more.
What will we talk about?
A wide range of talks and workshops from national experts, including the National Academy for Social Prescribing, VCFSE organisations, link workers, providers of social prescribing services, primary care networks and others, sharing challenges and best practice and focusing on how we maximise the impact of Social Prescribing on the wellbeing of our populations going forwards
