Finding and nurturing the motivation for engagement between PCNs and the communities they serve.

The most productive and inclusive work between PCNs and the communities they serve happens when both sets of people are motivated to take part. While having the appropriate structures and opportunities in place is important, these can only take us so far without motivated individuals. By locating and nurturing this motivation, we can create better results all round.

In this workshop we will explore ways to:

• Find the motivation that is already present, so we can build on it
• Support the activation of the people around us (professionals and public) to improve the quality and quantity of engagement
