Getting Unstuck – Setting priorities for engagement with local people and communities
With limited resources, we can’t do everything or include everyone straight away. So how do we decide who to engage and/or co-produce with first? This is an important decision, and one that can get in the way of the “doing”, but we have to start somewhere.
Join us in this workshop to think through ways to make and justify these difficult decisions.
Working interactively, we will explore:
- How to get started and build momentum
- What gets in the way when you try to decide which underrepresented groups to engage with first
- Adopting a test and learn approach.
