About this event
The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS Staff Support Hub is pleased to present “Mental Health Stigma in the Workplace”, part of our series of wellbeing webinars.
The webinar will focus on what stigma is and ideas on how to tackle this for ourselves and others. We will look at how the fear of saying the wrong thing can mean we end up saying nothing at all. There will be time for discussion to share as a group to allow us to learn from the experiences of others and look to build confidence in overcoming the ‘them and us’ style of thinking that can make talking about mental health problems so challenging.
The event will be run by members of the ICS Staff Support service. Some of the resources and information shared has been kindly shared with us by the RCE Wellbeing hub.
This session is open to all those working in health, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
