In response to requests from colleagues, the East of England Systems Leadership Team at the Leadership Academy, are supporting the establishment of an OD Community of Practice. This community is not just for those who have OD in their job title or who may be a professional HR & OD practitioner, this community is wider for all colleagues working in Care, Health and the VCSE sector to come together and share learning on how to take forward and support Organisation Development in the six Integrated Care Systems in East of England.
