Matt Hoghton is a GP at Clevedon Medical Centre and Digital Clinical Champion for Digital Primary Care Team – Transformation Directorate NHS England & NHS Improvement (previously NHSX). In the past, Matt worked as the Medical Director of Clinical Innovation and Research Centre at RCGP. His interests include delivering innovation across a wide portfolio of digital health projects with particular interests in open notes and automation in primary care to reduce workload.

- making individual consultations invisible online
- to block the whole patient record. If you think a patient is vulnerable particularly from coercive control
