This influencing skills training session includes top tips to make an instant improvement to the
way you communicate and to achieve better outcomes. It will enhance your persuasion skills and
resilience, allowing you to have effective conversations and make successful referrals. We know
there may be push-back and tricky conversations, and this session offers techniques and
confidence in overcoming these, aiming to support practices teams as they work to increase their
referrals into the GPCPCS scheme.

This session is aimed at reception teams and care navigators. It is also appropriate for anybody
involved in implementing the new CPCS referrals in practices.
