The Time To Think concept was created by Nancy Kline and is based on the following premise: that the quality of everything we do depends on the quality of the thinking we do first, and the quality of our thinking depends on the way we treat each other while we are thinking. Kline then described several components that make up good Thinking Environments, and her work is supported by a solid evidence base.
This one day course is a comprehensive and powerful experience with practical value and immediate business outcomes. Participants will learn and practice the basics of Time To Think and then how to apply them to transform the way they conduct meetings. Additionally, the Time To Think Council is an increasingly popular group application to support problem-solving which allows for the wisdom of several people to contribute to the thinking of one person, but without offering advice (which tends to stop people thinking for themselves).
