This free live event will present the latest developments in prevention in the East of England region and is open to all primary and community care colleagues and ICS prevention leads.
Hear directly from CVD/Primary Prevention Leads as they showcase areas of innovation and best practice from across the region, with a particular focus on hypertension, atrial fibrillation, lipid management, familial hypercholesterolaemia and weight management.
Co-hosted by East of England CVDR Networks and the Eastern AHSN (Academic Health Science Network), the event will also offer a chance to learn what practical steps can be implemented in your area to help improve prevention programmes locally.
It will also be a great opportunity to meet and network with like-minded colleagues and professionals.
