This workshop is open to alumni of the Leadership Academy’s Ready Now and Stepping Up programmes and other staff from ethnic minority backgrounds working across the East of England.

Join Patricia for this thought-provoking and interactive session designed to challenge your assumptions, to offer practical tips and tools for career development, and to provide opportunities to learn from each other: 

• Gain insights to help you become more confident and in control of your career 
• Identify strategies to help you overcome obstacles and barriers in your path 
• Gain clarity on how to create a personal development plan and take concrete next steps
