Our mentors:
Dr Sarah Ray is a portfolio GP and Clinical Lead of Cambs GP Network local federation. Sarah has been a GP for over 20 years and is keen to help and support the local population of GPs.
Dr Susie Lister is a portfolio GP with a specialist interest in women’s health. She is also an Associate Lecturer for the University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine, with more than 10 years of experience in medical education.
Dr Kate Lowery is a portfolio GP in Cambridge. She splits her time between clinical work, working as the Early Career GP lead at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Training Hub, and mentoring and coaching other health professionals as part of the supporting mentors scheme.
Dr Lisa Lim is a GP Partner, a GP Trainer and student lead at her practice. Prior to becoming a partner, she worked as a salaried GP and a researcher at the Primary Care Unit at the University of Cambridge for 10 years. She is Chair of Cambs GP Network (a GP Federation) and a member of Cambs LMC.
Dr Mark Brookes has been a GP partner for 20 years, the last 14 of which spent working in Cambridge. His interests include Quality Improvement and personalised care, and he is currently the Personalised Care Clinical Champion for the ICS. Prior to this he had leadership roles at the CCG , including on the Governing Body.
Dr Rachel Harmer has been a GP in Cambridge for 22 years. She started as a GP Retainer when her children were small, and is now a GP Partner. She is Clinical Director of Cambridge City PCN, and is particularly interested in the impact of deprivation on health, and how we can begin to address health inequalities locally.
Dr Jo Scrivens has been a GP in Cambridgeshire for 20 years, as a locum, partner, salaried GP and retainer. She has worked in GP education and currently works as a salaried GP and LMC committee member, board member and treasurer. Jo completed her ILM5 coaching & mentoring training in 2023.
Dr Sisi Chen is a portfolio GP. She has had various GP roles including salaried, partnership and locum. Currently, she is doing GP, Occupational Health, medical school teaching and coaching. She is keen to help local GPs and is particularly interested in promoting health & wellbeing, work life balance and self-empowerment.
Dr Diana Hunter is an experienced part-time GP who has worked in the Cambridgeshire area for 18 years. She has been a partner, locum and is currently salaried in a rural practice in Kimbolton. Diana has an interest in teaching, woman’s health and elderly care alongside chairing the LMC.
Dr Laura Naidoo is a portfolio GP who has worked in locum and salaried roles. She enjoys medical student teaching at the University of Cambridge and is the Early Career Lead at CPTH. Having experienced the power of coaching, she completed ILM coaching training and is passionate about offering this supportive space to others.
Dr Morooj Mohammad works part-time as a salaried GP and as a Specialist Associate Doctor in Sexual Health. She teaches med students at University and in GP, and is involved in GP vocational training scheme teaching. She completed her ILM5 in Coaching & Mentoring and is passionate about offering support to others.
