Keeping us informed of changes

Training Hub on behalf of Primary Care School keep a record of all Educator and Learning organisation approval data for the area. It is important this is kept up to date as it affects what information you receive regarding your Educator status including CPD and ESR Payments. Therefore we ask if you change your contact details, retire, fallow your active Educator or LO status, move to a different practice or leave your practice and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough area please make sure you get in touch via cpth.qualityteam@nhs.net to let us know of the change.

We would also request that if any health conditions or any convictions, cautions or GMC investigations that restrict your role or license to practice occur during your approval cycle that you contact us to declare this.
