The following Lower Limb course can be attended as a full week or as separate training days
The full week training course runs every quarter and can be useful for anyone who want to achieve an overview of lower limb care and achieve a sound knowledge as well as practical skills in the subject. It would be especially useful for new staff wanting to develop in all aspects of lower limb care.
Alternatively, you can attend each element as required:
Mondays – PAD – Diabetic foot via MS Teams
Tuesdays and Wednesdays – Leg ulcer management via MS Teams
Thursdays – Chronic Oedema via MS Teams
Fridays – Practical and Wound Care Competency Day at The Fleet, Fleet Way, High St, Peterborough PE2 8DL
The wound management study day runs every month and is an essential requirement before attending the leg ulcer study days
